We are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) fully compliant. All payment details managed on-line are encrypted through PCI DSS Barclaycard Merchant Services,Stripe and PayPal. These are direct payment gateways which complete your purchase. Transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

When placing an on-line order for in-stock models, we have access only to your contact and delivery details – we have no access to any on-line payment details. 

Any changes over time to your registration details, must be sent to us in order maintain your up to date account information – this must be completed in writing. Please note that your registration password is only known to you.

Please note that should you wish to unregister, please contact us and your details will be deleted. Your details will be held for a period of up to seven years from the date of registration. After this time, they can be automatically deleted.

When placing an on-line order, the Customer automatically agrees to the TRAX Motorsports Marketing Terms & Conditions (please see separate section).  

In terms of violation of any of our terms and conditions of sale, we have the right to delete your registration details.


Your personal data is not shared with any other third parties other than each individual payment gateway as stated previously. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
