OPENING A TRAX RESERVE ORDER ACCOUNT

Please note that this Account is to 'Reserve Order' models only.

To open a Reserve Order Account with TRAX - you will need to contact us personally with your full address/delivery and payment details. We will then set up your Reserve Order Account. Please note that if you do not provide us with all the necessary details - your Reserve Order will not be activated. Once complete you can begin to Reserve Order On-Line, placing  individual orders which will be added to your overall Account. An Order Confirmation is posted to you every time you order, you can also click for an updated Reserve Order Statement - keeping you completely up to date.

Most importantly, becoming an Account Customer ensures all Reserve Order prices are guaranteed  'No Nasty Shocks' - when you thought you would be paying one price and when the model is released you are being charged  something completely different. Further great savings can be made by taking advantage of our Reserve Order Special Prices, but don't forget, you have to be quick as these offers only run for a limited period. With the manufacturers increasing prices on an almost daily basis, 1000s of Customers know that TRAX is now the only company to pre-order models with.

As an Account Customer you automatically become a Priority Status TRAX Customer, this means we allocate and despatch all new releases and limited editions to our Reserve Order Customers - FIRST. In fact it is becoming even more common for us to sell out models to Reserve Orders. It's not because we don't buy big - TRAX is one of the largest customers for all the leading brands in the UK, it's because we are pre-selling so many more models than other leading companies.

Please note that, when using the On-Line Shop you cannot mix in-stock and Reserve Order models in one  order. 

RESERVE ORDERING ON-LINE IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING RESERVE ORDER ACCOUNT CUSTOMER 

If you are an existing TRAX Customer and we have your up to date account details, you can follow these simple steps to quickly and easily Reserve Order On-Line.

STEP1: You will need to initially Register online with us.

STEP2: Then all you have to do everytime you visit the site is to login - add Reserve Order items to your basket.

STEP3: Click 'View Basket' and

STEP4: Click 'Place Order Now'. That's it! The TRAX Team will then simply add the new Reserve Order to your Account.

Please note that this only applies to Reserve Order items. 

You may also continue to Reserve Order via e-mail, listing the models you want to Reserve Order with your TRAX Customer ID: Its entirely up to you. 

Please ensure that we have up to date details for you in order to fulfil your Reserve Order. 

FINALLY...

When Reserve Ordering - your on-line order will show '0' in the line price section - this is because you will not be paying for your order at this point.
